Hello! I’m Natalia,

a chromatic hedonist, colour hunter, and fine art photographer from Vancouver—where the coffee is strong, and the creative ideas are even stronger. Sometimes, I think I was a paintbrush in a past life, caught between a palette of Van Gogh’s starry nights and Matisse’s bold dreams.

Who’s Holding THE CAMERA?

If colours could throw a party, I’d be the first in line with a camera. That’s my approach to photography: vibrant, full of life, and a little bit wild.

As an eternal optimist (most days), an arts enthusiast, and a hopeless romantic for vivid palettes, I’m here to capture more than just moments. I’m here to capture the unsaid, the unseen, and sometimes, the utterly bizarre.

But let’s not get carried away. I also specialize in personal branding and family photography. Think of me as your visual storyteller, whether you’re an entrepreneur navigating the maze of identity or a family weaving timeless connections.

My goal? To craft images that feel like home but look like art—authentic, impactful, and memorable.

When I’m not chasing clients through golden light fields or setting up impossible props, I’m lost in fine art photography projects. If you’re wondering where the creative ideas come from, they’re mostly a blend of books, films, art, conversations with ridiculously talented people, and random bursts of inspiration from who knows where.

A GLIMPSE of Recognition

 - I’m accredited by the Professional Photographers of Canada, which sounds fancy, but mostly means I know my way around light, shadows, and composition.
- A little birdie (okay, it was TIFA) told me my work deserved a Silver Winner international award in Japan. Who knew?
- Vogue Italia’s online platform, PhotoVogue, thought my photos were worthy of not one, not five, but 35 features. Two of these made their way to the Boomer Gallery in London.
- Magazines like Marika, Artells, Moveux, and Enzomnia have published my work, proving that I can create beautiful images worthy of publication and magazine covers.

The Human Side

Now, for the plot twist: I’m a real person, not just pixels and photos. Shocking, I know. Here’s the evidence:

1. My family is my home, my "center of gravity." It demands a lot of emotional strength, but it’s also where I find the deepest fulfillment, no matter what life throws our way.

2. I had my second child at 42—a little later than expected, but hey, I make my own timeline.

3. My husband claims to have ancient Magyar blood, tracing his lineage back to Vlad the Impaler—yes, the real Dracula, not Bram Stoker’s fictional one. Does that make him royalty or just the guy I ask to take out the trash while sarcastically calling him “Your Highness”? The verdict’s still out, but I like to think it adds a touch of gothic drama to our everyday life, especially during grocery runs. And, of course, he occasionally uses this lineage as an excuse to to avoid selfies, saying, “You know, I just don’t show up in mirrors.”

4. I’ve considered life without coffee, but every time, it feels like the wrong creative choice. So here we are.

5. My artistic heroes are Matisse, Van Gogh, and Gauguin. These guys knew how to make a splash—and I like to think I’m keeping their colourful legacy alive.

6. Movies? Oh, I’m a sucker for "Nights of Cabiria", "Black Cat, White Cat", and those vintage French gems with Pierre Richard, Louis de Funès, Belmondo, and Alain Delon. Nostalgia in every frame.

7. Books are my lifeline, though my husband is starting to wonder if there's any space left in the house—they’re practically spilling out of every corner. These days, it’s mostly children’s books on the menu—though, if I’m being honest, I only agree to read the same book for the hundredth time if it has gorgeous illustrations to keep me entertained too.

8. My conversational English? Let’s call it a work in progress. Sometimes it’s like I’m speaking "Canadian English 101," but I get by with a smile and some good intentions.
9. I love rescuing old treasures with dramatic biographies and giving them new, vibrant life. So, if you have a dusty old cabinet you’re thinking of tossing out, I’ll happily adopt it.
10. I’m not invincible. There are days when the universe feels too heavy, and I’d happily trade it all for a quiet corner and a good cry to recharge. And that’s okay.
